Leaders On The Fly brings together decades of experience in guiding, leadership development, training, and facilitation, grounded in a shared belief that people grow best through meaningful experiences.
Nancy brings over 35 years of experience in fly fishing, guiding, and outdoor leadership. Certified as an instructor in the mid-1990s, she has spent her life teaching others not just how to fish — but how to learn, lead, and grow through experience.
Her professional background spans corporate leadership, training, and facilitation, blending seamlessly with her lifelong passion for the outdoors. Nancy is especially known for her ability to meet people where they are — whether on the river or in a leadership circle — and guide them toward confidence, clarity, and connection.
